How can I easily adjust selling prices based on fluctuating exchange rates?

I have a store in Angola- The rate of exchange fluctuates a lot on a weekly basis.

Is there any app or tool that can be used on the back end to adjust the selling prices just by changing the rate of exchange and without having to manually update all the product prices one by one?
