How can I edit master product and update all tagged or grouped products?

Not sure exactly how to title this, but I was reading about a similar situation for WooCommerce where you have a master product (could be a real product or a template) and when you edit that product, all the following products that are either tagged or grouped change that aspect. For instance if I had product A that was a master product and I changed the price on it, all the products in A's group would change that variable with it. We are NOT looking for the built in mass editor tool in shopify, just a simple way for clients to do this. We also don't mind paying for an app either.
