How can I eliminate persistent meta fields after uninstalling an app?

Hello, I installed the application Search & Discovery by Sopify, but I regretted it a little later, but there are meta fields that are not eliminated, they remain gray asking that only the application can modify them, I have installed it several times, to try to eliminate those meta fields that have a negative impact in my store, but I haven't been able to do it. I need someone to help me know how I should eliminate those metafields. Only this app can edit definition settings. It is allowed to enter metafield values. Thanks
