How can I exclude multiple product components in bulk?

Hi,

I've been looking for a solution for a while to this problem. The client has a product from which you can exclude components. For example you have ice cream but want to leave out strawberries, apple, cream, and blueberry. Because they have like 10 items for excluding - maybe there is a solution to show some kind on a list? Right now found a solution like this:
