How can I find an app that offers geolocation-based, rotating announcement bars with free shipping?

Hi

We are looking for an App to display rotating Annoucement bars and Free Shipping Bar. We also need to condition the display to the geolocation.

We currently use Multi Announcement Bar (https://apps.shopify.com/announcement-bar-with-slider).

It works, but for the Free Shipping, the calculation is done with the total before discount, so it's confusing for the customers.

I tried other Apps, but they didn't have all the features listed above, although the calculation was correct.

Any suggestion for the perfect App?
