How can I find apps to increase my option slots?

Hello, I am having a helluva time trying to expand my options beyond 3. Every app seems to deliver things I don't need, like the design or anything like that, I like my theme just fine. I just need more option slots that's it. If anyone has any guidance it would be greatly appreciated!
