How can I fix discount application issues on my variant prices?

hi everyone,

My website is blingfactory.com.au.

I am having difficulty with adding discounts on my website. i have a variant application bss product and variant installed for my variants. I have different prices adding for different variants. My discount is already set on shopify backend but that discount is not working with my variants total. 

Can anyone help me.
