How can I fix overlapping designs of Facebook messenger and Smile app?

i have both facebook messenger and smile: loyalty and rewards integrated into my website, but they're overlapping eachother, and if you were to close the fb messenger you couldn't pull it back up because the smile app is in the same exact spot was just wondering if anyone knew how to fix this problem
