Hi @missspahk ,

Thank you for reaching out!

To provide the best advice possible, can you tell me a bit more about where you see this error on the website? It would be great if you could send a direct link to your website or a screenshot so I can look into it further.

Did you ever have Instagram or Facebook feed on your store homepage? Sometimes such apps may need an updated or a new token to be used. However, I'll be able to tell more once I can look at the website directly.

Hi again @missspahk ,

Thanks for the link. It seems like the error is showing up because of the invalid Instagram token. This may happen when the token expires, so you must re-enable it.

As we cannot look into account specifics via the Community for privacy and security reasons, I invite you to reach out to our Contact Us page. Our team should be able to help you specify if the error is coming from an app or it's the Instagram feed section that is built-in within your theme.

You should be able to access support options from this link directly. If not, I can guide you step by step:

  • Firstly, enter the topic you’d like to discuss with the Support Advisor. In your case, enter a keyword such as ‘Instagram’.
  • Then scroll down to the bottom of the page, where you should see the ‘Get Support’ button.

You have a great looking store there! You've done an excellent job with your product photos. I just noticed that your Instagram social icon at the bottom of the website doesn't work. Instead, it opens a 'Sorry, this page isn't available' error page. You want to ensure that the link in your theme editor settings is up to date and correct.

Hopefully this helps. Let me know if you have any further questions.
