How can I fix the Facebook disconnect loop issue on my online store?

Hi,

I am having problems with my Shopify Facebook Channel. I am sure that it isn't a Facebook-side because we successfully connected to the Business Manager before, and all my other stores are working fine with my Facebook account.

Facebook seems to have logged me out of my store, please see the recording of issue: https://recordit.co/YR9msafi2x

I have also tried:

- Clearing cache and cookies
- Using a different browser
- Rebooting
- Using a totally different device

- Removing and re-installing the Facebook Channel 

Is there a way for Shopify remove my Facebook account from https://dcshoes-ph.myshopify.com/ ? I would like to setup the Facebook channel from scratch.

Hello,

Anyone have a similar situation? I contacted Shopify support and they could not help me. They simply recommended me to contact Facebook.
