How can I gain access to the digital downloads app?

I have a staff member account. It is not giving me access to the digital downloads app. How can my employers give me access to use it?

Hello @amyleefourie202!

Do you find that Digital Downloads is the only app that you cannot access, or is it that you are unable to get into the Apps section in general? It is possible that the store owner has not granted you this permission, so they will need to do so before you can gain access.

They can grant this permission by going to Settings > Users and Permissions then clicking on your name on the list of staff. Here, they will see all your info and permissions, and if they scroll down they will first see the Apps and channels checkbox, followed by a list of the apps with their own checkboxes: 

They will need to make sure that both are checked before you can proceed here. For more info on staff permissions, I would also recommend you share this doc with the store owner in case you have similar issues in future!
