How can I get a refund from the SMS Bump app?

Hi, i am unable to talk to shopify support cause there is no email or phone number.

I put money on an app called sms bump 21 Us for sms  abandoned cart after I uninstalled the app but still left 20$ and something, sms bump support team told me shopify will send the refund but I didn’t receive a refund. Need help
