How can I import and format product reviews in Shopify using a csv file?

Using a csv file to import reviews into Shopify.  Trying to insert a lline break into the text of body so that it looks like this

'Amazing!  Love the online class!

16 and 17 of November SAmple test class'

instead of this.  

'Amazing!  Love the online class!  16 and 17 of Sample test class'

Tried inserting <br> , tried inserting multiple spaces, but not working.  Created ticket 21748925, and email reply suggested trying another app.  Unable to reply to email, as it goes to support@shopify.com which does not accept emails.  So, has anyone tried Zapier for this?  Or another app?  Feedback appreciated.
