How can I import contacts from Flodesk to SMSBump?

Since SMSBump has updated their app with the email feature I have been using it instead of my usual email app, Flodesk. I was wondering if there was a way to import my contact from the Flodesk app to the SMSBump app without having to get my customers to sign up again with their emails.
