How can I import product meta fields using an app?

Hello,

Is it possible to submit a CSV file from the app frontend to app backend and read it line by line?

Currently I'm stuck on receiving a file on backend, I can see that file is submitted with the form, but there is no file in the request object.

Or maybe it is not even submitted as binary but just its name.
