How can I import reviews from Loox to a Shopify product reviews app?

Hi there,

I'm trying to export my reviews from loox app which I can do fine but as soon as I try to import them onto shopify product reviews app it comes up with an error saying "product cannot be found".

I'm really struggling to fix this.  Please help.
