How can I improve the quality of packing slips from Prodigi App?

Good afternoon, I use the Prodigi App linked to my shop and I love the quality of the products they print my designs on but they let themselves down very badly with their packing slips. The ones my customers received were badly printed, were illegible and just looked cheap. It really lets them down and my brand. I have had to resort to sending an additional thank you card for shopping with me as I cannot rely on the quality of the slip to showcase my products. Anyone else had the same problem or is there a way around this? thank you.
