How can I increase sales and traffic on my new website?

Hi,

I'm a relatively new shopify user. 

I have my site (www.collectiblezoo.com) set up the way I want & have several products. 

But since my launch I've only had 10 sales. 

I was wondering if someone could please tell me of an app(s) I can install (even paid) that would 

get more customers & traffic. that are user friendly (I know only basic tech.)

Any feedback on my site is greatly appreciated as well!

You could improve return with wish lists or lists of recently viewed products and facilitate sign-in and sign-up flows with social media login.

As per retaining customers and driving repeat sales (which could be most of your sales) it'd be useful having a better place where your customers can come back, catch up with relevant information and access their order history and profile, a customer portal.

I recommend you to be more active on social media after seeing your products. And to redirect your customers to do checkout through social media directly I will recommend you to use the linkpop, which will create a link that you can add to your social accounts bio.

Also, to sell more you may try the discount and upsell app, customers love to have discounts on products and offer free products by adding a number of items to the cart. This will encourage customers to buy and you'll get more conversions.
