How can I integrate GSO for alcohol shipping in Oregon?

Hi

we are trying to integrate shipping in our shopify store to sell canned vodka. I don't think that Shopify has a native integration for a shipper that will ship alcohol, so we are trying to use a 3rd party tool to integrate GSO/GLS, who will ship alcohol to consumers in Oregon. We've tried ShippyPro and ShippyHQ and get the same error with both (unauthorized). We are having trouble getting through to GSO to help troubleshoot. what process are other shopify stores using for alcohol shipping? (other than using a 3rd party tool like ShippyPro to integrate GSO/GLS?)
