How can I limit sales to one variant per product?

Hi! I need that when I sell a product, that have multiple variants with stock....the product cant be sell again, hidden it or going to be out of stock. Only sell one variant. Unique sell.

You need to create a product in Shopify and under the main product create variants that will be visible on the product page. By applying the MultiVariants app, all the variants will display under the main product and there will be a quantity selector for each type of variant. 

With this app, you can set the min and max quantity, so your customer must choose that quantity before going to the cart page. As you want your customer to choose only one variant with an only quantity then you can limit the variant to one and the minimum quantity to one. So, the customers can’t choose more than one quantity from one variant, also after choosing one variant they can’t choose another variant.
