How can I link my business page on Facebook to Instagram?

I have a shopify account and I also have a business page account on facebook, from my understanding, if can link the 2 together some type of way. I am not sure as to how this can be done. can someone reach out to me to do this, ? I can be reached at  706-495-7584 . Can this also be linked to instagram as well.    I am so confused right now

Before you can start selling on Facebook or create Facebook ad campaigns in Shopify, you need to set up Shopify's Facebook channel. The Facebook channel has one product catalog for Facebook Marketing, Instagram Shopping, and Facebook shop. All products in your catalog are available for all three features.
