How can I make a non-embedded app using PHP API?

Hello Shopify
I'm working on an app and I'm trying to make it non-embedded, but it is always embedded I tried all possibilities but it doesn't work, I wanna know if Shopify still support non-embedded app, I'm using PHP API with asiset library

Did you try to disable embed option in Online store > Themes > Customize > Theme settings > Embed Apps?
