How can I make the Powerful Contact Form Builder app appear on my page?

I have installed the Powerful Contact Form Builder app, but can't get it to appear on the page!

Does anyone know how to do it?
Or is there any ape similar to them?

As Powerful Contact Form Builder would be considered to be a third-party app, it would be best to contact the app developer directly for assistance with ensuring it's working as expected. This will allow the app developers to take a closer look and provide guidance on how you can successfully add the form to your online shop. 

To contact them, you can head to the Shopify App Store and select Support > Get Support! If however, you'd like us to put you in touch with the app developer, you can Contact Support where our advisor team will be happy to do so.
