How can I manually import product reviews from Etsy to my new store?

Hello, I am new to Shopify and I'm nearly finished setting up my store. I'm intending to close my Etsy store in the near future and I would like to take the Etsy json file of my product reviews and import them into my Shopify store. I am not interested in widgets or linking/auto-updating my Etsy reviews to Shopify. I just want to import them. I have about 60.

Is it possible to do this manually and if not, what app would be best for my needs?

Hi @VintageRed, welcome to the Shopify Community. 

Migrating from Esty to Shopify is easy and there are a couple different ways to import your reviews. 

To manually import your reviews you can use a CSV file: 

1. Export your Etsy reviews to a CSV file.
2. Format the CSV to match Shopify's example CSV file.
3. In Shopify, go to Settings > Apps and sales channels > Product Reviews > Import. Upload your CSV file.

Another way to import your reviews is by using a 3rd party app. I found this Reputon Etsy Reviews app that has great reviews and a 7 day free trial so you can test it out before committing.

Thank you for your response. However, I'm confused. As I stated, I'm new to Shopify. The Shopify Help Center indicates that the Product Reviews app is no longer available for new installations. 

Is there another manual option?

Hello, 

The path: "Settings > Apps and sales channels > Product Reviews > Import" is not correct. Where do we import the CSV of our reviews into Shopify???
