App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
Dear Sir/Madam,
what is the process for mapping products from my shopify store to Aliexpress thru Dsers now Oberlo is not there anymore and I can't find suppliers or the product on Ali express. I believe that this Shopify transition from Oberlo to Dsers should automatically tag suppliers to product which is not the case here. Please advise. Thanks!

Hi, @TeamLB!
Thanks for reaching out in our Community forums and for sharing your concern, I’d be happy to help.
It sounds like you are looking to import products from AliExpress, directly to your Shopify store via Dsers Dropshipping. You also mentioned that you were previously on Oberlo, so you may want to check out this guide that outlines a few key details of migration between platforms.
If you're looking to import new products to your store, you can use the DSers Chrome Extension, which allows you to import products on AliExpress by clicking on the DSers button that appears next to the Add to Cart button on the AliExpress product page. More on this can be found here.
I’d love to know more about your business! Do you have any current marketing initiatives to help bring customers to your store?

Hello Mac,
Thanks for contacting. I looking into the link you provided but issue here is that my products from AliExpress were mapped via Oberlo now I have no idea who were the suppliers for my products and searching 435 Items thru aliexpress is just not feasible. I am needing a way to map those items already on my shopify store to be mapped automatically to their relevant suppliers.
Thanks,

Hi TeamLB,
I'm just another dropshipper like you so allow me to try and answer your question.
Oberlo stopped working on June 15th, 2022, so if you did not migrate all your products from Oberlo to DSers before then, then you will not be able to do that anymore.
What I suggest you do is to download DSers and that way you can add new products from there.
All your existing products on your website you may have lost, but let me explain what happened to me when I migrated all my products to DSers BEFORE Oberlo closed down...Because the products were not imported VIA DSers, they were all imported onto DSers, but they will not show up on your Import List in DSers. Even though my products did move across to DSers which is on my website, I had to physically go through them all and re-import them via DSers to get the full function from DSers. Basically, I copied and paste all the info from the old to the new products listing on my website after I re-imported them all vis DSers. I had over 200 products and this was rather time-consuming, but it had to be done.
Once I merged with DSers I opted to receive notifications of price changes which appear on the top right of the DSers notification page under the bell.
This way I was able to click on the highlighted blue link and this would open a page of the AliExpress product on the AliExpress website which was downloaded via Oberlo.
I opted to monitor and change all the new price changes under DSers manually for a while until I imported all the old products which were on Oberlo onto the DSers platform and once all that was completed I allowed DSers to then change them automatically. What I have noticed with DSers though is sometimes those price notifications say that the product is out of stock, and when I go back to the AliExpress page the product is still in stock, so I now leave all out-of-stock products on my website for a few days before deleting anything. After all, out-of-stock products can mean that you are selling out, and that is how customers would see it. You can also double-check this by going to your backend on your product page, and if the product shows up as zero, then you know the products have sold out and then you can delete that product or re-map them via DSers
I hope this information helps you...

Hi Msslen
Thank you for your answer. I have a shopify store where I added the products via orbelo and I believe Aliexpress. I did not respond to the call to transfer data/products as i assumed they would just vanish from the store and now find myself in a situation where customers are placing orders and i have to cancel them, as I cannot find the supplier for the products advertised previously with Orbelo. My store had 100 products and i was forced to remove 80 products that had not been ordered, so now i only have 20 products.
I have tried to search Ali Express with the same descriptions and simply can't find the same products.
Before I give up, is there any other way i can try and find the same products?
Regards
