How can I merchandise products in the Shop App?

Is there a way to merchandise products in the Shop App? If so, how do you do this? I've only been able to find info on making products available on the Shop App sales channel.

Hi there, @Nan_cy. Thanks so much for reaching out to the Shopify Community with your question regarding merchandising your products with the Shop App. I'm happy to spend some time chatting with you about this topic! 

Currently, there is no way to merchandise your products on Shop App beyond picking and choosing what products will appear upon it. There are some minor customizations you can make to your Shop Page, however! We've received feedback and feature requests in the past for some additional merchandising capabilities within Shop App, and I can absolutely understand how these sort of functions can really help personalize your page with your branding and flagship products, and truly help drive conversions within your store. As such, I'm going to swing this interaction past our product development team, so they can have another example of how helpful a feature like this could be to users, be them sellers or buyers!
