How can I move a custom liquid block above the header in my email marketing template?

Hello, 

I have a custom liquid block element within my Shopify Email Marketing template that I am trying to move above the logo "header" section. See below photo of the block (highlighted in blue) that I would like to move to the top, above the header section. 

I am aware of the "hide header" option, however I still want to visibly see my logo
