How can I move the language switcher to the header in Dawn theme?

Hi,

I am using Dawn theme and would like to have the language switcher embedded on the header instead of floating on top

I would like it shows front of envelope, what can I do?

At the same time, if I wanna show both the country and the language on the switcher, the country will show both the flag and the country name, is it possible to show only the flag without country name?
