How can I optimize my ecommerce store with various features?

Hey, I just got some questions :

1. Can I make an opt-in page? Like, a pop-out page that asks the customer to add his email (so the owner can add him to the newsletter) to sign up for the email newsletter or to get a free gift

2. Can i make buttons that can redirect customers to another site?

3. Can I make an upsell offer? When someone wants to buy a product they get a message to buy another product (different than the product he wants to purchase) but cheaper.

4. Can I make an affiliate program? If i sell some products, to get someone to join my affiliate to earn money by promoting my products, and if i get a sale he gets a commission.

5. Can i have a customer support live chat that I can chat with customers that need help on my store?
