How can I pay my outstanding Loox fee before store shutdown?

I am looking to shout down my stores and removed all the apps from the store, i went to shut down and saw that i had to pay money to loox. i cannot find a way to pay them as nothing comes up, please can someone tell me how this can be fixed

Do you see the app charge and a way to pay for it on an outstanding bill on your store's Billing page? You can access this via Finances > Billing if you're in the US, or Settings > Billing for all other regions.

 

If you're still unable to locate the charge, you can get in touch with either our Live Support team or Loox's so that we can take a closer look at your account from our end. To contact the Loox Support team, you can email them using the email address listed on their app listing page here, under the Support heading. If for whatever reason you're unable to reach them, you can instead get in touch with our Live Support team so that we can securely access your account from our end to help locate the app charge and, if need be, contact the Loox team from our end on your behalf.

 

To get in touch with our team, you'll need to login to your store via our help centre here. Once logged in, select a topic that best fits your query or situation. From there, you'll be taken to a page with a list of relevant support articles, and you can scroll to the bottom of that page to select your preferred contact method with our team.
