How can I prevent certain products from being added to the cart?

I am looking for an app that allows me to have a product that cannot be purchased through website via add to cart. I am using one now that is a bit messy as it goes through as request quote from customer. I just want some products to just have email for more info rather than being able to be added to cart. Example below of item that i am using an app with now that isnt working well for me. Would like same as below but when you click email for more info basically just want it to go into an email or a contact form
