App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
I keep getting an error in Google Merchant error because I don't have a Korean Business Registration. So I removed Korea from my shipping (I think I did it correctly!)
I would like to re-upload my Google merchant feed to Google so that they see the changes. Is there a way to do this?
Basically I would like to re-upload the feed (content API) so the changes reflect on Google merchant. How would I do this with the Google Sales Channel App?

This is an accepted solution.
1) You can contact Shopify support to push all data
2) You can make an edit to all products, which pushes that specific product
3) You can use supplement feeds, with just the product id's to reprocess the data (does not collect new data), more info: https://feedarmy.com/kb/how-to-reprocess-content-api-in-google-merchant-center/

Hello @Alisha_Jemelian,
This is Gina from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $6Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.
Yes, you can re-upload your Google Merchant feed to Google to reflect the changes you made. To do this with the Shopify Google Sales Channel App, you can follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Shopify account and go to the Sales Channels section.
2. Click on the Google channel and then on the Manage Google Listings button.
3. In the Google Merchant Center, navigate to the Products tab and select Feeds.
4. Find the feed that you want to update and click on the three dots on the right-hand side, then select Fetch now.
5. This will prompt Google to fetch your new feed and update your product information.
Please note that it may take some time for your changes to be reflected in your Google Merchant Center account, as Google needs to review and approve any changes to your feed.

Hi Gina,
Thanks for your help! I get stuck at Step 4 in your instructions (photo below of what it looks like when I click on the 3 dots). I don't see an option to "fetch now".
Am I doing something wrong?
Thank you,
Alisha
@Alisha_Jemelian You can not fetch now a content API feed.
The info flarAI provided was incorrect based on the data feed solution you are using.
The correct steps to reprocess all products when using content API, is to follow my steps in the previous reply.
