How can I reactivate my inactive online store account?

Hello, I’ve been trying to access my account for the past 4 days and have been emailing constantly support for ticket number 32467397 with no reply for the past 3, on your page support says it is 24/7 but I have been losing money every day for the past 3 days because of not letting my team access the account.

Another thing that is worrying is that we have our whole banking with Shopify because we liked the product but since the store got inactivated we can’t access our shopify bank! Which is insane. Could someone please take a look at it and activate my store. This has been the most stressful weekend of my life and trying to run a store plus having 2 kids and one that just started pre-k adds to that.
