Sorry to hear that you have had this experience. I wanted to clarify for you that Shopify is a platform where merchants can come to host their stores, but we do not have control over those stores or their individual orders.
Have you tried contacting the store owner directly about this? I am unable to confirm for you whether or not a store is hosted with us, but if you're having some issues contacting them, please do share the URL of the store with me here and I will see if I can help you find some contact options.
If you find that it is not possible to contact them, please refer to our post here - it outlines the possible next steps, including the possibility to report the store if you suspect fraudulent activity. You may find that it mostly discusses the order not arriving, but the steps are still relevant for you as you did not receive the same product as was shown on the website where you purchased.
