How can I regain control of my website after a dispute with a freelancer?

Hi, 

I initially started a shopify website agreement with a shoplift freelancer. She added me as a staff member to enable me to manage or make changes to my website. hardly any work has been done on the website by my freelancer and she already has 50% of the total amount paid. When i provided her with all the necessary information she said she would be unwilling to make substantial changes to the website and not even be willing to add a new font to my shopify site. At this point I knew I could not work with her as I would end up with a site that doesn't meet my requirements. She has now made herself the owner of the admin panel and blocked all access to my own admin website panel. can someone help me understand my rights?
