How can I remove a duplicate Sezzle price from my store?

I have two sezzle prices showing up on my shopify store. How can I remove one of them.

From my end, I am only seeing one sale price on your products:

Is this occurring on one particular product or on a certain page? If Sezzle does not appear as a payment method, it's likely the Sezzle gateway hasn't been fully installed.
