How can I remove a lingering Klaviyo sign up pop-up?

Hi,

I recently installed a Klaviyo subscriber pop-up. I love the pop-up, but there is also a second tab added on the bottom right of my page. I want the second tab on the bottom of my page removed, as a pop-up once is enough.

How can I delete that from my site?
