How can I remove product reviews from my Shopify store?

how to delete shopify product reviews? the code has been deleted. the program is deleted.
and it shows on the pages where the comment was written. there is nothing on the pages where nothing was written.

In regards to your query, are you able to show us exactly what you are seeing on your end with regards to your storefront that you want to change? Perhaps a screenshot or screen recording. This will help us align on exactly what you are trying to change within your store.
