How can I remove the Linkr app from my device?

How do i delete this app: linkr ?

I wanted to try it but since then... i can't delete it and there's no direct way to contact their team.

My name is Ava from Shopify Support, I'd like to help.

If you'd like to delete from your admin section, you can click the Apps section on the left-hand menu. From there, you can click 'delete' beside the app you'd like to remove. This is what you should see: 

Once you click Delete, a text box will pop up and ask you to confirm you definitely want to delete this app. Once you hit the Delete button again, it will be removed from your admin! Can I ask if you have tried this method already, but are still having trouble removing the app?

This app appears on the left side on my shopify profil but when I click on the app section it is not there. So I can't delete it.

It sounds like the app has already been deleted, but some lines of code are remaining in your theme. This may be why you can't now see the option to remove the app, but the app looks like it is still functioning on your live store. Is this the Linkr app you were using? If so, you can contact the developers here: support@linkr-network.com.

The support section of the developer's website also offers a chat feature (green chat bubble) so you can start a conversation there!

Once you reach out to the developers of this app, they can log into your admin and remove the remaining lines of code that may be left in your theme. This will ensure the app is completely removed from your store.
