How can I resolve a Minta subscription payment issue?

Hi Just Asking I paid for A year subscription with Minta In May of this Year after upgrading from the Basic Plan, It cost me $233.78 I’ve been billed again after contacting Minta they said they didn’t receive my payment. I’ve got the bank statement etc from My bank etc stating it went through,  Does Anyone know what I can do or how to Unsubscribe I asked them about it and they said to talk to Shopify?.. I can’t afford to pay again and won’t because I’ve already paid.

If you believe there's a mistake with your billing, then this is something that we can help you with. While we’re not able to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community at this time, we’d be happy to continue assisting you through live chat, email, or callback. Please visit the Shopify Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request.

 

Alternatively, you can also take a look at your invoices under the Billing settings to review and compare the charges. Nevertheless, it's worth noting that the Shopify bill can contain various charges, such as subscription fees, shipping label feesthird-party transaction fees, and one-time charges (eg. domains, themes). As for app charges, there are different types of app charges (one-time, monthly, annually), and each bill will contain a breakdown of these charges. 

 

That being said, if you'd like to unsubscribe from the Minta app, then you can uninstall the app and stop further charges from coming through.
