How can I resolve my consent app causing a sales drop?

Hi since I installed an app for Google Consent v2 on my Shopify store, I have seen a huge drop on sales on all of my Marketing Channels (Google, Meta, Marketplaces). Its 40% down on sales and clicks.

If I disable the app and I have the simple cookie bar my sales return to normal.

I have tried another app but the problem remains.

Does anyone has a solution?
