How can I retrieve customer data from a cart using Admin API?

Hi,

I'm working on an app and I have a cart_id. I expect the cart to be related to a customer, but I can't really figure out from the API docs how do I get the customer related to a certain cart. Does anyone have any idea?

I'm also facing the same issue. But it seems Shopify doesn't care about it.
