How can I set up a pin code-based delivery calculator on my site?

I want something where a customer when enters his zip code , it should show whats the estimated delivery date of the Product.  the attached few shopify example stores using same but i am not able to find which app is being used. Can anybody please help with the same

P.S. One can check similar thing by entering example pin code : 400093
