I've just done an analysis of my websites speed and noticed that Shopify's chat / inbox is the main culprit slowing my websites loading times down. It is important to have it on every page, but it doesn't need to be the first app to load!
Is there a way of delaying when it loads or reducing it's impact on the speed of the website load?
