How can I split payment gateways for different product collections?

In my shopify, I have 2 collection, one of the collection's products are not supported by PayPal (but legal product), in that way, I need to splite the payment gateway.

1 collection: by PayPal

another collection: by other payment gateway.

In my shopify, I have 2 collection, one of the collection's products are not supported by PayPal (but legal product), in that way, I need to splite the payment gateway that can splite the payment, when the shopping cart incl the 2nd collection products when checkout?
