How can I streamline the shipping process for my customers?

Hi I am quite new to shopify but I was wondering if a plugin or some type of program exists to streamline the service I want to provide. The business I operate requires customers send in items to me for repair and then I return them once I do the repair. What is the best way I can streamline the shipping process for my customer? It would be ideal if they could get a label after checkout similar to how ebay operates after you make a sale? I want to make it easy so the service is more appealing. Any suggestions are highly appreciated!

You might be able to do this using Shopify Flow app. But I am not sure what you meant by shipping label - is this the pre-paid shipping label you customers use to ship the items to you?

Yes a pre paid label for my customers to send me their items is exactly what I am looking for I will look into the flow app.
