How can I successfully push extensions to a public app?

Hello, 

I created an extension to add a block via a public app on the frontend and it's working fine at my end. But when I am sending the app for approval, Shopify developers are rejecting my app as they can't see the extension in App Block on frontend customization. 

I am using the below command to push the extension in my app

shopify extension push

 Is there any way to push the extension within the app?
