How can I switch my Oberlo access to a new store?

Hi,

I just deactivated a Shopify store and created a new (second) one. I am now unable to access Oberlo due to the original store being the only one recognised. If I log into Oberlo it goes to the original store. How do I deactivate the first store and change to the new one?

Any ideas?

You're only able to associate one email address with one Shopify store in your Oberlo account. There's no way to change the store in the Oberlo account, however, there's a way to change the email address. If you wish to use the email address you're currently using in Oberlo for your new store, you'll need to remove that email address from the existing Oberlo account and add a different one. Then, you'll need to create a new Oberlo account with the email address you removed from your old account.

You can change the email address in your Oberlo account by following the steps below.

1. Log in to your existing Oberlo account.
2. In your Oberlo admin, click your account name > Account settings.
3. Enter a different email address in the Email field.
4. Click Save.

After changing the email address, you can then proceed to create a new Oberlo account.

1. Go to the Oberlo website, and then click Become a member.
2. Enter the email address that you previously used for your old Oberlo account and a password.
3. Click Join Oberlo free.
