How can I sync and approve my products on Facebook?

Hello! Complete newbie here -- 

I'm trying to sync my catalog to FB. I already did the Pixel setup in Shopify, however when I go to "Continue Pixel Setup", it shows "Not Activity Yet".

My account shows FB and IG are connected, but the products are still showing as unapproved.

How do I sync/approve my products?

Thank you for the store URL! I did have a peek using my Facebook Pixel Helper and can confirm that the pixel looks healthy and good. 

 

The pixel ID being tracked on your store is: 504218871114925. You should be able to confirm this in the settings for your Facebook Sales Channel as well. Is this the same pixel you were attempting to test in your screenshot you shared in your original post?

 

For the products, if they are still not approved, I would recommend setting their status to unavailable to the Facebook channel, save, then reapply to the Facebook sales channel. If they are still not approved (Give it about 30 minutes to confirm) I would then reach out to our live support for additional troubleshooting help.

Welcome to the community forums! Thank you for sharing the details of your concern as well as the screenshots. Screenshots ALWAYS help when it comes to troubleshooting.

 

From your images it does look like your sales channel has been setup properly, and it may just be that you need give it a bit of time for the data to sync between Shopify and Facebook.

 

For the pixel, we can also look at using the Facebook Pixel Helper extension (For Chrome) to check the pixel ID on the store as well as ensure it is firing appropriately. If you are not using the chrome browser on your computer you can share your store URL and I can double check for you instead.

Thanks for the reply! I did the setup yesterday around noonish, tried throughout the day with my final attempt this morning. Still nothing. (nerdgains.myshopify.com)
