How can I sync delivery/pick up dates and times across multiple stores?

Hello, I have multiple Shopify stores and each store offers different delivery/pick up dates and times. To offer each store's delivery/pick up availability, I currently use the Product Options and Variants fields (ex. Jan 7 Delivery 9am-1pm). This task is overwhelming as I have several products for each store and have to manually input for every store. I would like to find an app where I enter availability through the parent store's app and be synced with all child stores. 

Does anyone have any experience with an app that I am describing? Does it even exist?

Not sure if it would do exactly what you're asking for but we use Zapiet and it's excellent.

I think you need to create a custom app that will take into account all your business needs and be tuned to the technical peculiarities of your stores.
